Creating Isolines

Why do you need this?

  • You want to display the distribution of a given attribute on a map using isolines.

What are isolines?

Isolines, also known as contour lines, represent a line of constant value on a map.

How can I create isolines?

Isolines can be generated through two methods:

  1. Using the “Create Travel Buffer” analysis in Builder
  2. Using one of the Isoline Functions available in the Data Services API

Does creating isolines consume credits?

Yes. One credit for each resulting isoline will be consumed.
